Senior Photos

If you would like your son or daughter’s senior photo to be included in next year’s book, it must be submitted to the yearbook staff by October 26th, 2015.  If you choose to submit a professional portrait, please be aware that studios schedule their appointments far in advance.  Because shooting, printing proofs, choosing and printing final shots can take several weeks, your son/daughter should begin arranging for their photos by mid-summer at the latest.

Whoever shoots your student’s senior photo, portraits should be generally focused on the head and shoulders, must include only the student graduating, and must be consistent with all of Sibley's dress code and behavioral policies.

  •  Photos can be  in color or black and white (although the 2015-16 book will be printed all in color
  • any size, but should be proportionally equivalent to a vertical wallet-sized print.
  • submitted as a print or as a digital document.  (Digital documents on a CD are preferable and must have a resolution of 600 d.p.i. or higher.  Please note that we cannot guarantee receipt of photos submitted by e-mail.)

The yearbook staff and the Henry Sibley administration reserves the right to reject any photo deemed inappropriate.  If we do not receive a picture by October 26th, we will use your student’s Lifetouch ID photo if it is available.  (Seniors will have the option of having Lifetouch photos taken during the Lifetouch fall retake session.)
