Parents and Players,

Please take some time to watch the video based on the MSHSL philosophy "WHY WE PLAY".  The Henry Sibley Girls Basketball staff believe in the philosophy wholeheartedly.  We will always believe in a positive experience for your daughter.

Another aspect of our program is we also believe in the 3-Dimensional framework of coaching the whole student-athlete (physical, mental, heart).  As a certified 3D coach, our approach will be to use strategies to allow the student-athlete to succeed not only on the court but also off the court.  Please take some time to watch this video presented by the 3D Institute led by Mark Hull, one of the top presenters for 3D Coaching.
